Victoria Zakhidna, 27, escaped from Ukraine with her children, Daniel, 5, and Elizabeth, 4, and arrived in Middletown on March 8.
Cake, Batter and Roll Bakery teamed up with Sugar Leaf and Perkatory Coffee Roasters to set up donation boxes to collect household items, toiletries and toys.
The bakery and Sugar Leaf also collaborated to raise money for the family by hosting "I Kissed a Goat and I Liked It".
