Our bright, comfortable and contemporary space is perfect for your next meeting, networking event, class, art gallery showing and more!

Even if your creative idea is not listed, reach out and we will try to work with you! 

We are a 600 sq ft boutique fully equipped with tables, chairs, free high-speed internet, TV monitor with HDMI hookup, free off-street parking, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave and mini-fridge. 

Unisex restroom available. 24 hour video surveillance. Outside food and drink is permitted. We can coordinate outside catering as needed with recommendations provided. A host will be present during your event to assist as needed. 

Space rental is $150 for 3 hours with $40 per hour for each additional hour. 

Maximum occupancy of 20 humans.
